AJHL update - Jan 11th-13th

<In progress and has been a saved draft for the nearly 2 days now. I am badly going without sleep... 3.5 hours sleep out of the last, nearly 48 - I'm not even kidding, I don't know how I'm functioning now besides off sheer will to get caught up on these posts already!!! I was originally going to make a separate 13-14th post, but the plan changed.>

It is FULLY COMPLETE and LIVE now!!!

Apologies, but like the last even more delayed post (4th-9th one), I will not be including game summaries, just so I can get caught up. They will resume hopefully for games today (Wednesday, the 16th), and therefore I wont also be posting them on the 14th-15th post that has yet to be posted as even an incomplete post.

Scores from these 3 nights:

Jan 11th:

  1. Grande Prairie beat the Pontiacs 4-1 in Bonnyville.
  2. Canmore beat the Bandits 4-3 in a shootout in Brooks. Only the Bandits 1st home lose of the entire season.
  3. Calgary Canucks beat Drayton valley 3-2 in a shootout in the Max Bell Centre of SE Calgary.
  4. Kodiaks beat Sherwood Park 5-2 in Camrose.
  5. Whitecourt beat the Bobcats 5-3 in Lloydminster.
  6. Grizzlys beat the Calgary Mustangs 4-3 in Olds.
Jan 12th:
  1. Calgary Mustangs beat the Bandits 2-0 in Brooks. Only the Bandits first regulation loss at home, and 2nd regular loss of the entire season (after losing a game in grande Prairie in November) - damn good runs they had going, but perfection is never easy!
  2. Eagles beat Drayton Valley 5-2 in Canmore.
  3. Whitecourt beat the Pontiacs 5-3 in Bonnyville.
  4. Kodiaks beat Okotoks 1-0 in Camrose, in OT.
  5. Bobcats beat the Calgary Canucks 4-1 in Lloydminster.
  6. Grizzlys beat Drumheller 4-1 in Olds.
  7. The Oil Barons beat Grande Prairie 5-3 in #oldFortMcMurray.
Jan 13th:

Changes (as far as I know I didn't do those "yesterdays" & "todays" like in that 4th-9th post, I have like 1/3 of the post crossed out in the end... haha!):

Bonnyville:
*RW #12 Christian Nypower, is back down and played for the Cold Lake Ice (NEAJBHL) on Friday
*Wow, I'm surprisingly alert for only sleeping 3.5 of the last of the last 40 hours - G #33 Josh Bykowski (who I previously thought has just a listed/reserve/AP for the Pontiacs, was the backup on Jan 4th, to #31 Stephen Klein. I don't believe he was previously listed on their reserve with a jersey # - that's usually the 'poker tell' on the AJ stats site that the guy has dressed for a game - if he has a # listed even with 0 games played. He's been back down with the Lloydminster Bobcats Midget AAAs (AMHL) since the 5th.

Brooks:
*LW #9 Mark Logan, who was out with "Lower body injury, status uncertain (was expected back November 12th-26th)", returned to the lineup for Brooks last night on the 11th.
*RD #22 Maddison Smiley, who is currently still listed as hurt on the AJ Brooks roster, is back and played for the game last night on the 11th (hopefully this is the day I will type "last night" and not have to change it to it's actually date name because it's now days old... haha!). He was out with "Upper body (likely shoulder) injury, expected back January 22nd - February 5th".
*Hmm... yesterday who knows what day it actually was now... I noticed he was listed as active on the Bandits roster but though there he just maybe had no been taken off the AJHL roster after he was sent to Saskatchewan or else I was just extremely sleep deprived... but, "short story, LONG" - RW #16 Alex Roberts is back with the team He only played one game with the Flin Flon Bombers (SJHL)... seriously - got to wonder if Flin Flon released him, or maybe (hey, it's definitely possible) he held out to got back to the best Jr team A in the country (even though they're on their first losing streak of the season now). Regardless, he played yesterday - Saturday, for the Bandits.

Calgary Canucks:
*Oilers C #25 Sam Plaquin, who was moved to Oilers reserves for a while now (since at least Dec 9th when I posted it onto EP), presumably was released and later picked up by the Canucks, now wearing #20 for the Canucks and played for them on the 5th & last night (Friday) as well.
*G #32 Colin Cooper, out day-to-day with cracked ribs as of Jan 10th. As I just updated onto the never-ending 4th-9th post (which I'll link in after I finally finish that bugger of a post! Haha!), G #31 Andrew Guglielmin is also out day-to-day... this team seriously has no luck this season! Luckily for them, their presumable 3rd stringer (as he's the only reserve G with any playing time) G #1 Jeff Orser, has the best goalie stats on the team in his 2 games played (see stats). Cooper did return Saturday to pick up a loss to the Bobcats.
*RD #7 Owen Johnson, was back up with the Canucks playing last night. He also will likely be back down today with the Calgary Buffaloes Midget AAAs (AMHL) for tomorrow, as all AMHL teams appear to be playing tomorrow. As expected, he was down Saturday and playing with the Buffaloes.
*#-less F Spencer Bender, is now listed as a Canucks reserve/AP. He currently plays for Calgary Royals Midget AAA (AMHL).
*#-less D Zach Fowles, is now listed as a Canucks reserve/AP. He currently plays with Edge School (Prep), members of the CSSHL (Canadian Sport School Hockey League) & MPHL (Midwest Prep Hockey League).
*#-less LD/F Evan Reid, is now listed as a Canucks reserve/AP. He currently also plays with Calgary Royals Midget AA (AMHL).
*LD #36 Nicholas Herman, was back up and playing for the Canucks last night also..
*As of Jan 11th as listed on the AJ Canucks roster currently, C #12 Clayton Petrie is out day-to-day with a concussion. Strangely he's listed as playing on Saturday, but not on Sunday's game so because of that I will keep him listed as out.
*Due to the above mentioned G injuries, the Canucks have had a bit of a carousel going on... on Friday, 3rd stringer (as I've dubbed him) #1 Jeff Orser started with recently added AP/reserve Curtis Bowman - who is up from CRAA Gold Midget AA (HCMAA - standing for Hockey CGY Midget AA, as I had it added onto EP long ago) backing up, wearing #32. Orser was back with the Calgary Northstars Midget AAAs (AMHL) on Saturday. Bowman was listed as an AP as late as Dec 19th when I first listed it on EP, but very well could have been a backup G before the 12th - I have way too much to do now to go check the game sheets for Dec now though; but as far as I remember he was not recalled until recently. Bowman could very well have been back to the HCMAA as the Royals Gold team had a game Sunday, but the game sheet has yet to be added as see on this link (as of currently 12:33pm MST Monday). Okay, as for Saturday the 12th - the above mentioned G #32 Colin Cooper started and the above mentioned Bowman was backup (though his # is listed as blank as Cooper wore #32... so no clue what # Bowman switched to), as for yesterday - Sunday the 13th, Cooper again started, but the carousel continued, with previously utilized backup AP/reserve G #1 Cody Befus was back from the Calgary Rangers Jr. B CalJHL (CGY Jr. B league). Frig, I'm going to need to check game sheets everyday for the Canucks to keep track of their movements until/if they ever get healthy - it's crazy! It's getting hard not to feel bad for this team! How they've even kept in the South Division playoff race, is simply incredible! Okay, back to Befus... he could have been back with the Rangers team for Sunday, but like the HCMAA game above mentioned, the CalJHL game for the Rangers yesterday hasn't been listed yet either (as of 12:48pm Monday).
*RD/F #40 Erik Kardash, went back down and played for the Calgary Flames Midget AAAs (AMHL) on Sunday.
*LD #7 Jake Dube, went back down and played for UFA Bisons (AMHL) since Saturday.
*As I was hinting in the Calgary Mustangs part/area below, I just came across a former AJHLer in the CalJHL, or at least listed on a team's stats/roster - former Canucks C/RW #7 Gui Glasspoole. He's currently listed with no games played so far with CRAA Gold's Jr. B team, but with #7 - probably the best indication he really is there, as they don't seem to just list #s for everyone in the league, though this team does have two other guys with #s that have played no games... hmm. Well, he's listed there, so that what matters now.

Calgary Mustangs:
*G #31 Talor Joseph is gone. Why, I do not know... but in his time with the Mustangs he was just a bench warmer (backup), unfortunately for him, and he never did dress in game action for the Mustangs. Not sure if it was injury, difference of opinions, or he was perhaps acquired to be dealt elsewhere. What I do know, is that he is apparently going to an SIJHL team, from a tweet on his account made early Sunday morning (thanks to a tweet made by his girlfriend). Which team, I do not currently know as he has not played or is listed on any teams roster yet, unfortunately. I used to love the SIJHL transactions link back when they were with Pointstreak - it listed absolutely everything! Their new one... is sad! According to it, no one in the league has been traded or added since... October 26th... yeesh! Anyways though, will pass a message to my SIJHL contact and post it in later. ... he replied to me instantly... haha! His (Talor's) new team is the Fort Frances Lakers, per my nice SIJHL source Lucas Punkari.
*Newly added G Travis Beekhuizen, who I mentioned being signed in the still belated completion of the Jan 4th-9th post, has been given Talor Joseph's olds #31, that was also worn by G Jake Tamagi earlier this season before being traded to Olds, for aforementioned Joseph.
*Hmm, another new move to me... Mustangs D #24, and former Canucks captain Devin Dambrauskas is no longer with the Mustangs as his profile has been hidden (therefore he's no longer in the AJ either). Will check the Jr B league... as I'm not finding a Twitter for him. The CalJHL search came up with nothing on Dambrauskas... but I did find a familiar AJHL name listed on a CalJHL team's stats.
*Looks like the Mustangs likely cut another 20 year old, as F/D #5 Doug McDonald has had his profile hidden as well. There's far too many Doug McDonald's for me to bother scrolling through all them on Twitter, so will check the CalJHL for him too quick. No luck... and it's a hopeless Google search for him with a new team. For now, like Dambrauskas, I do not know where he's at now or if he is still playing organized hockey.
*#-less RW Evan Pugh, whom I believe was called up in Dec (as listed on EP profile) as he was listed on the Mustangs active roster briefly, has been de-listed from the Mustangs active or reserve roster. Strangely if you search his profile, his AJ profile still lists him as with the Mustangs. He could have been disconnected by the staff by accident (heck I think I even accidentally disconnected an AP from the Storm reserves temporarily, when I was first learning how to do things in the staff login), but for the time being as he's not showing up on the Stangs active or reserve roster from stats, and as he never played a game for them, I'll take him off the EP roster for the time being.

Camrose:
*A very nice anonymous tipper, sent in a transfer tip to me/us on EP of a link that states LD Layne Viveiros has now joined the Camrose Kodiaks, from the WHL's Portland Winterhawks for the remainder of the season. He ended up playing last night for the Kodiaks, wearing #17 and adding 2 assists. I would have got to this now before Friday's games I hope, but the email definitely sped up listing it.
*As also listed on the Kodiaks recent news, LW #17 Scott Feser, has been recalled by the WHL's Red Deer Rebels for the remainder of the season.
*Callup LD #5 Mark Nerland was back down with the UFA Bisons Midget AAAs (AMHL) and played there Saturday.
*I'm not sure when it happened, but the Kodiaks updater(s) added in a slough of new APs to the roster recently, and I totally love it! If I ever get the information and opportunity I'm so doing this for the Storm too! But anyways, 4 new AP/reserves listed for the Kodiaks:
 - #-less LD Jake Kohlhauser, currently with St. Albert Raiders Midget AAAs (AMHL) - AJHL profile.
 - #-less RW Craig Lynes, currently with Camrose Vikings Midget AAs (AMHL) - AJHL profile.
 - #-less LD Andrew McCann, currently with CRAA Gold Minor Midget AAAs (AMMHL) - AJHL profile.
 - #-less LD Lukas Pollock, currently with Airdrie Lightning Midget AAs (SCAHL) - AJHL profile.

Canmore:
*Caught me as a bit of a surprise here now, but former WHLer RW #13 Nils Moser is now on reserves. Seriously...
I contacted one of my Eagles sources (different one from the Jan 4th-9th post) and was told that the lower body injury he suffered in January was actually a broken foot, and he's out indefinitely but they're hopeful on a return for the playoffs. He was moved onto reserve I guess for the Eagles to free up a card, which definitely makes sense. Having flexibility for the playoff run is never a bad thing!
*LW #7 Carter Jensen is/was up with the Eagles and playing, at least for the 11th & 12th. Up from CRAA Gold Jr. B (CalJHL) presumably... he last played prior for of all places, the Comox Valley Glacier Kings of BC's Jr. B VIJHL (Vancouver Is.) on Dec 21st, but is listed with with CRAA Gold on their current stats/roster with no games played and #16.
*Eagles injury update, thanks to a news article I came across while looking up info on Jensen: LD/F #6 Nik Kosman (Upper body injury is actually arm injury), LW/D #23 Austen Hebert (Knee injury) & RW #26 Kyle Pauls (Unknown, therefore "Unknown injury, status uncertain" to me) missed Saturday's game.
*Also mentioned in the above linked/mentioned article, G #35 Ty Swabb returned from injury (Lower body injury, status uncertain (was expected back by December 9th)) to play for the first time in 2 and a half months.

Drumheller:
*Though currently #-less on the Dragons AJ roster (well, with a #0 as there seemed to be some site wide change, where all blank #s turned into 0's on the AJ website, maybe all ESportsDesk sites), C Harrison Hendrix wore #5 in his first game with the Dragons on Saturday.
*F #19 Rory Davidson, as expected was back down playing with Red Deer Chiefs Midget AAAs (AMHL) on Saturday.
*Exactly the same case as Davidson, for C #38 Dustin Gorgi.
*Like the last 2, LD #6 Tristan Thompson also went down to midget, but instead went to UFA Bisons Midget AAAs (AMHL) and played Saturday.
*Also back to midget is reserve/AP G #31 Garrett Storms, back in the lineup for Saturday for KC Colts Midget AAs of the NAMHL.
*Also as I found out from my source close to the Dragons, apparently from what they hear, last time the Dragons played in Brooks (Dec 14th), G #26 Brandon Stone wasn't happy about being pulled after allowing 3 goals on 5 shots at 7:54 into the game, and walked out on the team, and RW #37 Tanner Kissick later joined him for whatever reason. Of course, there could be a lot more to the story, but that is what I was told about their sudden departures.

Fort McMurray:
*LW Kevin Miller from Stony Plain, acquired from the BCHL's Nanaimo Clippers at yesterday Thursday's d-day - has as of yet (10:12pm... I don't even know exactly what day I typed that time now... haha!) not been added to the MOB's active AJ roster, which isn't a real surprise to me as often the team's rosters aren't updated by coaching staff until the team's next game. I suspect he'll likely be added by 8pm game time tomorrow night vs Storm in Fort Mac. He does have a currently inactive his AJHL profile was in the system already though, from his 2010-12 AP games with Spruce Grove, totaling 4GP 1G 1A 2Pts 0PIM. The MOB staff must have found it upon adding him to active - which definitely makes it easier to find stats than making a duplicate, which sometimes happens. I cant remember who offhand, but I know of one player that if you search them, you find 4 clone profiles. Anyways, about Miller, he was given #11 and played Saturday night in the MOB's win over Grande Prairie.
*I'm not sure if it was done by accident, or if these players have definitely returned from injury, but LD/F #7 Mike Green (Concussion, expected back in late January) & recently AP'd (from regular player card) F #15 Jordan Clark, are no longer listed as injured on the AJ MOB roster. But, like I got used to when doing NHL daily updates (which I doubt I will continue for this season, weekly at most... maybe nothing at all) - I wont remove them as injured on EP until I see them in the lineup again.
*Also, as I never did get to a pre-game notes post on the GP Storm game broadcast in #oldFortMcMurray (as I kept hastagging) vs the Oil Barons... RD/F #25 Joey Stadnicki suffered an injury from a hard hit I believe in the 1st period Saturday, so I just listed his likely injury on EP as "Apparent shoulder injury, status unknown but went to hospital due to injury Jan 12th". Will update it with more when/if I find out about more.

Grande Prairie:
*As I first found out from a Twitter message with him, C/RW #23 John Webb, is with the Storm on their currently road trip that ends tonight in Fort McMurray; with the team from the Sexsmith Vipers of the NWJHL.
*RW #14 Jade McMullen missed the game on the 11th in Bonnyville due to a 'minor hip injury' I believe. I thought I wrote/typed the exact injury down somewhere, but apparently not. "'Bit of a hip injury', status uncertain" (as I typed in the only place I didn't check - his EP injury status .. d'oh! Haha!). Regardless though, Jade returned to the Storm lineup Saturday vs Fort McMurray, per what Jeff said on the game broadcast.
*C#7 Sam Lawson, missed the game Saturday vs Fort McMurray, due to a 1 game suspension due to receiving his 2nd instigator penalty in the game the night before in Bonnyville, per what Jeff said on the game broadcast.
*New Storm LD Riley Van Horne, has been assigned the well used #6 - originally worn by RD Scott Nordstrom before being dealt to Melfort for more playing time (but as I just found out - Scott has apparently been let go recently from Melfort...). It's since also been wore by LD Allan MacPherson, and most recently LD Kye McKinney on the 11th in Bonnyville.
*LW/C #18 Cameron Brezinski, was back playing for Knights of Columbus Midget AAAs (AMHL) Saturday.
*F #26 Parker Sharp, was back playing for the Beaverlodge Blades (NWJHL) on Saturday.

Lloydminster:
*D #26 Stefan Freter, was up and played Friday, from Lloydminster Bobcats Midget AAAs (AMHL), but Freter also was back in the lineup for the Midget AAA Bobcats the following day.
*Recently acquired twin, LW Mitch McNamara, was assigned #22.
*Other recently acquired twin, C Liam McNamara, was assigned #18.
*C #19 Ryley Wozniak, was up playing with the Bobcats for Friday & Saturday, from the St. Paul Canadiens (NEAJBHL).
*Before I forget again - the Bobcats made some captaincy changes after the deadline deals: D #25 Grant Baker became captain, RW #14 Austin McDonald was added as an A, and he joined F #17 Dustin Lebrun & LD #3 Jordyn Wozniak.

Okotoks:
*C #25 Tanner Ockey has returned from injury (Lower body injury, expected back Jan 9th-30th) and played Saturday & Sunday.
* Recently added LD Connor Sutton, has been assigned #6.
*LW #20 Sheldon Rempal was/is up and played Sunday for the Oilers, and is currently still listed on active AJ Oilers roster (Monday 1:40PM MST).
*LW #14 Eric Krienke, was back playing with the Calgary Northstars Midget AAAs (AMHL) on Saturday.
*C #18 Matt Forchuk, was back playing with the UFA Bisons Midget AAAs (AMHL) on Saturday.
*Most recent #18, LW Jack Goranson was back down playing Saturday, for the Red Deer Chiefs Midget AAA (AMHL) team.

Sherwood Park:
*RD #25 Nick Charif, was sent back to SSAC Athletics Midget AAAs (AMHL) for a game Sunday.
*C #26 Darcy Zaharichuk, was back playing with Sherwood Park Kings Midget AAAs (AMHL), for a game on Saturday.
*RW/D #12 Aaron Tiessen, was back with that very same Kings team, and played just as Zaharichuk did, on Saturday.
*Cru captain F #19 Eric Liknes' injury info was updated, but I have no idea when exactly. I just thought it seemed odd that he was still out of the lineup, and sure enough - this is what I had on EP about him: "Lower body injury, expected back December 28th - January 4th (basically until 2013 part of season, with Xmas break)". I'm pretty sure I got that from the 'red cross' on the AJ Cru roster, as I don't really have any contacts around there. Anyways though, from what the red cross says now I've changed me listing to "Lower body injury suffered Dec 14th, out indefinitely". Speaking of him though - does anyone have any clue where he played bantam and earlier midget? I have no luck whatsoever using Google searches like: "Eric Liknes" hockey 2008. It's seriously almost like he just magically appeared one day. The only real thing I can find supposedly about him is this absolute nonsense of a link from 07-08. I don't think much of anything there can be verified though... haha! Gives a person a good laugh though!
*F #22 Ryan Kruper, has been back from "2 game suspension for kneeing, eligible to return Jan 11th", since that very Jan 11th.

Spruce Grove - I am not sure how long these 3 have been on the Saints active roster for, exactly... but:

*Listed in the screenshot are RW #14 (was #25) Brett Smythe, up from the St. Albert Raiders Midget AAAs (AMHL), but played for them on the 12th and returned to the Saints lineup on Sunday, the 13th. He's pretty likely back with the Raiders again today, as they're playing tonight.
*LD #4 (was #3) James Vermeulen, up from also the St. Albert Raiders Midget AAAs (AMHL).
*G #35 Tyler Fuhr, who was assigned to an unspecified AJHL team from the WHL's Vancouver Giants on the 6th, was later signed and added by the Saints.
*LW #17 Doug Morris, has a 'red cross', on his profile. To me it means: "Upper body injury suffered Jan 5th, expected back by 26th"
*RW #14 (was #37 - I only noticed the change from looking on the Jan 9th game sheet as the reserve roster lists him as a #0 now) Tyler Mrkonijc, was back playing with the St. Albert Raiders Midget AAAs (AMHL) on Saturday.
*D/F #4 Cole Nicholson, was back playing with the Lloydminster Bobcats Midget AAAs (AMHL), on Saturday.
*LD #3 James Vermeulen, was back playing with the St. Albert Raiders Midget AAAs (AMHL) on Saturday.

Whitecourt:
*The unfortunate player carousal the Wolverines have had going due partly to [of course, the trade deadline, but also] major junior departures of G #1 Jared Rathjen (who was added by the WHL's Vancouver Giants, though is having a pretty rough ride thus far back in the dub, with 2Gms, a 5.50 GAA and a hurtin' .825 save %) and LD/C #25 Mathieu Gagnon (added by the QMJHL's Shawinigan Cataractes - I'm pretty sure if I remember correctly, GM/Head Coach Joey Bouchard, mentioned on the intermission interview with Jeff Henson Wednesday in between the GP Storm vs Wolverines game in Whitecourt broadcast on 104.7 Free FM GP, that Gagnon wanted to go back home to be closer to family to finish out his junior hockey career); just took another hit on d-day, when C/LW #10 Jason Trott was also added to the Vancouver Giants active roster joining his relatively new teammate, Rathjen.
*I noticed this some days ago, but LD #4 Landon Hall has either has his card passed or has been made an affiliate with the expansion Fairview Flyers of the NWJHL. I'm not sure exactly when I noticed, but I never got to making a note of it on the blog here it seems. Anyways though, he did in fact play a game with them already, playing Friday night, wearing #18. Wait a minute... someone goofed up here... there's no way he dressed for both games... Wolverines game started in Lloyd at 7:30pm. No way he coulda possibly hopped a supersonic and made it to Sexsmith for 8pm, especially when he had an assist in the game in Lloyd in the 2nd period which should have been after 8pm... haha! Looks like I should just emailed the N-dub about this one... likely just an honest mistake by an updater though - clicked a check box he shouldn't have when adding the game roster. It's easy enough to do when updating the game sheets, as I've updated them myself a few times already. Anyways, for the time being - I go with what is listed, even though obviously not 100% accurate. Hall was listed as back with Fairview in Sexsmith at 8pm Friday, then was back in the Wolverines playing roster again the following day in Bonnyville.
*LD #25 (as listed on 13th's game sheet, previously wore #5) Jordan Davies, as I said in the brackets, was up playing for the Wolverines on Sunday. Wow, to begin with I thought there was another goof up... but this set of close game times is definitely a likely probability of one. Davies played for his hometown Sherwood Park Kings Midget AAA team (AMHL) in Sherwood Park at 11:30am, at Sherwood Park Arena (I thought it was a twin arena? I've never fully been in SP, so not for sure on that); so game should be done around say 2pm. Just enough time to clean up, flood the ice, and have the Wolverines/Cru game start at 2:15. I remember a similar AMHL/AJHL occurrence like this happening on a Sunday in Lloydminster for a Bobcats Midget AAA (AMHL) player playing in the after, then dressing shortly after for the Jr. A Bobcats against the visiting GP Storm, as I listened to the game. I'd look up exactly who it was... but I'm behind enough now.. hehe! I'm pretty sure off memory, it was Bobcats F #12 Steenn Pasichnuk, in an early season game when the Storm played in Lloydminster.
*LD #26 Mitchell Cunningham, was up and playing for the Wolverines on the 11th & 12th, and back playing with his SSAC Athletics Midget AAA (AMHL) team the following day.
*Random note for me... wow, I can really tell I'm behind on full league updating... I don't remember LW #15 Mathieu Guertin & C #19 Jerome Raymond being over 60 points... holy crap!
*C #89 Charles Inglis, who was out with a day-to-day flu, per my Whitecourt updater friend (Jeff said on the Storm broadcast that it was a back injury, and in my overtired state at the time I originally posted it on EP as a knee injury... haha! This is why a person should be on stable, humane hours, like I incredibly have been the last 2 days. Anyways, Inglis returned to the lineup for the 3 straight road games in 3 nights, stretch from Friday-Sunday. I ended up doing some serious research earlier, as it bugged me that we didn't have any midget or bantam stats on Inglis' EP profile prior to me adding 3 rows in earlier.
*Newly acquired LD Dale Deon has been given #5. Somewhat surprisingly he's yet to play for the Wolverines according to their AJ stats/roster. But of course... he is moving just about the entire way across the country (Summerside Western Capitals, of the MHL).
*Also newly acquired, C Jess Tanguy, has been assigned #17. Unlike Deon, Tanguy has played, with 4Pts (2G, 2A) in 3 games.
*Also newly acquired, G Anthony Terenzio, has been give the well worn G #1 for the Wolverines... worn previously by Kris Drott (prior to being traded to the MJHL's Winkler Flyers), Jared Rathjen (who rights were traded in the dub, and he went back to the Vancouver Giants), along with AP/reserves/emergency backups Anthony Hamill  (from Fort Saskatchewan Rangers Midget AAA, AMHL) & Cole Saunders (from Spruce Grove Regals, CapJHL). Heck, the Wolverines goalie stats area is like a goalie directory - 9 goalies have dressed for them, at least that I'm aware of... there could very well have been another before I was in touch with the Whitecourt updater.
*Recent backup G #1 Anthony Hamill, was back playing with the Fort Saskatchewan Rangers Midget AAAs (AMHL) as of Saturday.

***** Note to anyone reading these posts: If you come across any player out of date sizes and/or even with stats missing for bantam & midget especially (few leagues list peewee stats, even fewer have I gotten closer to adding peewee stats for) and you know of them or have a source for that missing year(s) - feel free to comment here or Twitter and I'll get them up as soon as I can. I know there's a lot of AJHL vets that have missing early years of stats, as in the early years on EP I wasn't aware of the league stats & archive sources I am now. So it's kind of a continuous project, when I come across guys with out of date/missing early years - I update them in and fix it proper as soon as I can. Just something to keep in my - I will most certainly appreciate the help there!

<In progress and has been a saved draft for the nearly 2 days now.
